I live in a difficult family who does not talk for a living.

I need prayer for direction and discernment - I have been out of work for nearly 3 years despite applying for almost 600 jobs. Inflation in 2023, the election year of 2024 and now tariffs of 2025 have all played a role in this, but even the doors that would normally open to me are closed. I have prayed, fasted, sought deliverance, worshipped, changed my lifestyle, allowed old habits broken off of me and still no breakthrough, sign or word of knowledge from our Lord. I don't want to lose hope but after 34 months I have grown weak. I am emotionally and mentally exhausted.
Can't support my family, visit my kids and aging parents in FL or pay for my basic bills. I am driving Uber now to generate some income but doesn't cover all my expenses. I have support from family and friends to keep me fed and housed but I know God didn't bring me this far to lose everything and not provide for my family.
This situation has cost me much. I am now being pursued legally by creditors (received a court summons today) and feel so broken. I don't have the resources to fight or defend myself. I am at my end, and I don't even know what else to do. I have asked God to please show me the way, to give me a word, or Scripture, but nothing. God's word says He will never leave us or forsake us - while I agree with this promise I can't help but feel very alone and forsaken. I have asked God to forgive me for any unbelief, doubt or doublemindedness. I am human.
If anyone gets a word from the Lord in response to this, please don't hesitate to reach out and share. I am so eager to receive His direction. I can use a boost to my hope at the moment.

I ask for prayer for my 5/6/25 7:30am surgery . It is a Hybrid-Diep surgery for post breast cancer reconstruction. It is an 8hr surgery and I am rather nervous. I pray that my surgeons and nurses are guided the entire duration and choose the safest options for a healthy outcome. I pray for fantastic blood circulation at all sites and successful tissue transfer. I pray the incisions of my chest and abdomen heal full with out infection. clotting, necrosis, or other issues. I pray my body heals on-time and can easily sustain the surgical stress. I pray for my husband's strength. In Jesus name I pray for all Cancer Survivors both physically and mentally, as our path can be challenging. Thank you Jesus for getting the active cancer out of my body and I thank you for my reconstruction options and health insurance.
