Please pray for me. I feel like things are getting worse and worse on my job. My managers are so terrible. We are learning a new system and the way they are teaching us is very poor. If we do not understand something, you can see the frustration in their faces and they use sarcasm to make us feel bad about not understanding what they’re teaching us. We were given 2 assessments on what was taught to us and one person did well. The rest of us did not. We are now working on a 2nd assessment. If we do not pass this one, our jobs may be in question. I cannot afford to lose my job. Please help. Thank you.
