That the mom of a 9-year old would willingly (and almost immediately) send the child to live with her dad and father’s parents where she can receive the nurturing and healing (spiritual, emotional, educational) she may need. Child has been to school just 22 out of 107 days of school this year. The majority of absences are marked unexcused. Mom seems unable or uninterested in getting the child to school. There is currently a case with the truancy court but the process is moving very slowly and the school year is rapidly coming to an end.
