I am in need of prayer, please.

Today, I made a mistake at work today and beat myself up about it all day. I have a terrible habit of being too harsh on my when something goes wrong. I stayed quiet and did not speak to my coworkers because I was too ashamed and afraid they would be mad at me. I really need help with this issue. Please pray that God will give me confidence and courage to hold my head up high, even after I make a mistake. I’ve been like this my entire life and I want it to come to an end Thank you so much in advance.
