I had a melt down at work yesterday morning due to a conflict with another co-worker. I lost my temper and raised my voice. I apologized and it was received well but I am still dealing with the shame and guilt of this episode. Please pray that God will deliver me from anger and help me to control my emotions in a healthy godly manner. Thank you for you prayers in advance.
